obama care media blitz does continue and today president obama will focus his message on the laws and the benefits for people with pre-existing medical conditions. this as the white house announces some 56,000 people and their successful enrollment in coverage during exchanges. that's more than double the enrollees for the entire month of october and all of this as the administration ramps up, too, december 23rd and the enrollment deadline for january 1st coverage, jim mcdermott, senior member of the house, ways and means committee. >> as we look back at the calendar, it was two weeks ago when they assembled this team, the senate and house strike teams and what was their task versus the daily barrage of messages that we'll see on tap from the white house. can you explain the difference? >> it looks to me like it's all one plan because you really have to keep pushing and letting people know and try and build momentum in the public the real problem here is public education, if you have never had health insurance before, you don't know how it works and you've never applied for it and

there is still no system yet for moving the money from the obama care customers to the insurance companies. the subsidies that the government promised the insurance companies it would give them in order to give you know, coverage to these millions of americans, great, a promise. but unfortunately there was no way to cut the check. that part of it that provides for payment, not built yet. and for days, many journalists have been demanding answers of this administration, wanting to know, you're touting this improved healthcare.gov. how does the system work without a payment mechanism? there is no cash register. what would make the insurance companies actually provide coverage when they haven't been paid? we reported this to you last night. without a way to get payment to those companies how are people going to actually get coverage? so now tonight, at 8:00 p.m., get a report with an answer from reuters news. the administration is going to let the insurance companies estimate what they should get. and then the feds are going to cut them a big check and figure out later what the real amounts a

the process of getting the law, on obama care, this was passed in a unique situation where you know, i've see in mr. cannon's testimony, especially probably the perfect citation. i see in your testimony, writes, president obama's unfaithfulness to the ppaca is so wanton, it is no longer accurate to say that patient protection and affordable care act is, quote, the law of the land. and you know, it is kind of ironic because some of my colleagues, about 53 of us, have signed on to the house resolution stating that we believe that obamacare has yet to be the law of the land because it violated origination clause of the u.s. constitution when it was passed. we don't talk about that a great deal but it, is significant because the origination clause which was vital to the constitution ever coming into existence in the first place, it was, the, the critical, negotiation that took place to allow the cons to exist. -- constitution to exist. requires al bills for raising revenue originate in the house. incident -- incidentally, mr. cannon, our colleague at tate cowritten an excellent piece laying out t
